What is Pono Rez?
PonoRez is an online booking & reservation platform used by tour companies and activity providers throughout the Hawaiin Islands, California and Alaska. The PonoRez platform streamlines the process of booking and billing your customers for the activities and tours your company offers. Pono in Hawaiian means living with a conscious decision to do the right thing at the right time for the right reasons.
Who uses Pono Rez?
Since its initial development in 2001, Pono Rez has been used by Hawaii’s premier activities & attractions. If your company is a Hawaii activity or attraction business, A3H membership is strongly encouraged for marketing, industry news, and lobbying representation.

Travel Agents signed up for TARP or the PonoRez agent interface anywhere in the world with internet access may attend. PonoRez is a web-based Central Reservation System (CRS) targeting Tours & Attractions. The system comes equipped with sleek E-Commerce solutions, customization tools, and API messaging. In addition to the scheduling of tours, retail store, gift certificates & transportation are standard features. The system complies with payment card industry data security standards & credit card standards.
Global Distribution Service Pono Rez also serves as a Global Distribution Service (GDS). There are thousands of agents signed up to use our system to book their clients’ tours direct. There is also an API available to resellers, which allows them to plug directly into the products using PonoRez.
